The location was absolutely AMAZING, right in the heart of the city! The room was spotless and filled with delightful treats. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the free snacks were a pleasant surprise. The laundry room was convenient and the shower was perfect. The modern design of the room was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. Plus, the luggage storage was a huge help. it was a top-notch stay!

No complains at all, the venue met standards, 100% recommend it. Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station, the centre of the city and all Helsinki main attractions.

Comfy accommodation with exceptionally nice setting near railway station, Helsinki and all Helsinki main attractions. Really helpful staff throughout. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set available in the quadruple room. Comfy beds for a good sleep.

We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of public transportation options nearby. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and they even provided some fun extras like retro video games and a polaroid camera.

There were a few things that didn't live up to our expectations. The bathroom was not in great condition and felt a bit dingy.

It was suitable place for travelling to Helsinki, I was glad to stay there. The small double room was new-fashioned, included a shower and nice toiletries. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were really helpful. Distance to the airport was just 20 km...

I really got my money's worth at this hotel! The room was fantastic - cozy, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location is unbeatable, with the Helsinki Cathedral and Senate Square just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

I was upgraded to perfectly clean and well-designed double room with bunk beds. The room had a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I had a wonderful stay at Bob W Kluuvi. The location was perfect and the room was exceptionally clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail in providing free amenities and extras in the room. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to any queries I had online. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location near the railway station is ideal, making it convenient to explore the city. It is also very close to the train station, allowing for easy transportation. The room design is pleasing, and the curtains effectively block out light. The provided fan and kettle in the room were appreciated.

The bathroom flooding issue mentioned by other guests is a significant drawback that needs to be addressed.

The room I stayed in at Bob W Kluuvi was perfect for my needs. The bed was so comfy, I melted right into it. And the flat-screen TV was just what I needed for some late-night binge-watching. Plus, having a private bathroom was a big bonus.

The only thing I didn't love was the sofa in the quadruple room. It just wasn't my style, but others might still find it cozy.

The small fridge and kettle in the room made it convenient for us to have coffee and tea. We were also grateful for the additional cables provided for charging our iPhones and headphones. The shared kitchen was a bonus, and the check-in process was smooth and easy via WhatsApp. Bob W truly exceeded our expectations!
